For Security Integrators, Dealers and Managed Service Providers

AI Video Analytics for Security Integrators A White Label Cloud Video Platform You Resell as Recurring Monthly Revenue

Put your brand, your logo and your domain on a cloud AI platform that runs on the cameras your clients already own. You sell AI alerts, plain-English footage search and evidence export as a monthly service, set your own price, and keep the margin every month the client stays.

Works with ONVIF and RTSP cameras and NVRs. No appliance to ship, no truck roll to start.

What video search tools are available for security integrators?

Integrators usually choose between three kinds of video search: the search built into a VMS such as Genetec or Milestone, a forensic add-on such as BriefCam, and a cloud platform with natural-language search. Surveillant is the third kind. You type what happened, for example a person in a red jacket at the loading dock after 9pm, and it returns matching clips from every camera connected to the account. For an integrator it runs under your brand and bills monthly.

That difference matters for the business model more than for the feature list. A VMS upgrade is a project: you quote it, install it, invoice it, and the relationship goes quiet until the next service call. A cloud analytics service is a line on the client's monthly invoice. Every camera you connect adds a little recurring monthly revenue, and the client keeps paying because the alerts and the search keep being useful.

The service sits on hardware you already sold. Surveillant pulls the RTSP or ONVIF stream from the existing cameras or NVR, analyzes short clips in the cloud, and sends alerts to whoever is on the client's escalation chain, usually within a minute or two. There is no appliance to ship, so a new client can be live the same afternoon the paperwork is signed.

What You Resell

A Full AI Video Service Under Your Name

Clients do not buy a platform, they buy fewer bad nights and faster answers. These are the parts of the service you can put in a proposal.

White label branding

Brand name, logo, favicon, three brand colors, optional custom CSS and a custom domain. Clients log in to your address and see your company.

Alerts from your company

Alert emails go out with your sender name and address. Alerts also reach SMS, Slack and webhooks, with escalation chains when nobody acknowledges.

Plain-English footage search

Clients type what happened and get the clips. This is the feature that turns a Monday morning service call into a two-minute self-serve lookup.

AI detections and rules

People, vehicles, loitering, after-hours activity and zone rules on each camera, so the client hears about the event rather than finding it the next day.

Plate watchlists

License plate reads at gates and drive lanes, checked against the client's own watchlists, with an alert when a listed vehicle returns.

Evidence export

Clips exported with a chain of custody record and a SHA-256 hash, which is what a claims adjuster or detective asks for.

REST API and webhooks

API keys for cameras, alerts, analytics and search, and outbound webhooks on alerts, to feed a monitoring center or the client's ticketing tool.

NVR connections

Connect an existing recorder instead of camera by camera, so a 32-channel site does not mean 32 separate setups.

Scheduled reports

Reports on alerts and activity delivered on a schedule, which is the monthly proof of value that keeps a service contract renewed.

How It Works

From Signed Proposal to Live Service in Four Steps

Step 1

Set up your brand

Create your account, add your name, logo, colors, domain and alert sender. This is a one-time setup that every client then sees.

Step 2

Connect the client's cameras

Add RTSP or ONVIF streams or the NVR. Point the cameras that matter at the service: entrances, docks, lots, cash rooms.

Step 3

Write the rules with them

After-hours zones, loitering, plate watchlists and who gets called. Half an hour here is what makes the alerts worth paying for.

Step 4

Bill it monthly

You pay the published per-camera plan and invoice the client your own price, per camera or per site, on your own paper.

The Recurring Revenue Math

What a 20-Camera Client Is Worth Each Month

Your cost below is the published Elite plan: $1,499 a month for 20 cameras, about $75 per camera. The client prices are examples to show the shape of the math, not a recommendation. What you can charge depends on your market, your response service and what the client pays a guard today.

Your client price per camera Client pays per month (20 cameras) Your platform cost Monthly gross margin Per year
$95 (analytics and search only) $1,900 $1,499 $401 $4,812
$125 (plus alert triage by your team) $2,500 $1,499 $1,001 $12,012
$175 (plus response and monthly reporting) $3,500 $1,499 $2,001 $24,012

The useful comparison for the client is not another software line, it is the guard hour. An unarmed on-site guard commonly runs $25 to $45 an hour in the US, so a single overnight post costs far more a month than analytics on every camera at the site. That is the sentence that closes most of these deals. For a fuller picture of what clients are used to paying for monitoring, see our breakdown of remote video monitoring cost.

Be honest with yourself about the low end. If your clients only want cloud recording and a phone app, a $75 per camera platform leaves no room, and a basic cloud recording reseller is the better fit. This service earns its margin where the client wants alerts, search and a response workflow, which is where the higher price points above come from.

Honest Comparison

White Label Video Platforms Integrators Compare

Each of these can be sold under an integrator's brand. They are good at different things, and two of them beat us on points that matter to some clients. Details come from each vendor's partner page as of September 2026; third-party price estimates are labeled.

Platform Price White label scope Edge Best for
Surveillant $49 to $75 per camera per month, published Name, logo, colors, CSS, custom domain, alert email sender. Browser only, no branded app. Plain-English search, AI alerts, plate watchlists and evidence export in one service Integrators selling AI analytics and response, not just storage
Camcloud Not published on the partner page; about $6 to $15 per camera per month for business plans per a third-party survey Co-branded through its VIP program up to full white label: website, billing interface and your own mobile apps Long-running reseller program and branded apps at a low price point Dealers selling affordable cloud recording
3dEYE Not published Branded login, subdomain and colors; full package adds branded iOS and Android apps and your own domain Branded native apps, 40+ camera brands, enterprise and telecom partners ISPs and large providers building a branded video product
Videoloft Not published for resellers Co-brand, a lightweight white label app, or full white label listed under your developer account Your own app in the app stores; strong consumer-grade camera coverage Installers serving small business and residential
Camlytics White label is free with a 7-license or 7-channel annual commitment; you set client pricing Desktop app and web portal, custom domain, Camlytics branding removed Counting and retail analytics depth, low entry commitment Partners selling people counting and occupancy
VXG Licensing, about $80 per camera per a third-party survey Full white label web client and native apps, SDKs and source code, self-hosted You own and host the whole stack Large integrators and OEMs with engineering staff

Where It Sells

Clients Who Pay for Analytics Every Month

Multi-store retail

Loss prevention managers who need to find the incident across ten stores without driving to each one. Search is what they renew for.

Property managers and HOAs

After-hours activity at pools, gates and garages, plus plate watchlists for repeat vehicles. Boards like a monthly line more than a capital project.

Yards and logistics

Truck yards, equipment lots and docks where a person inside the fence at 2am is always worth a call, and nobody is watching a monitor.

Schools and campuses

Quick answers for administrators after an incident, with evidence export that holds up when parents or police ask.

Car dealerships

Lot activity overnight, catalytic converter and wheel theft, and plate reads at the service drive.

Clients leaving a guard contract

The easiest conversation: replace one overnight post with alerts on every camera plus your response. See how clients reduce security guard costs.

When We Are the Wrong Fit

Pick Something Else If

Your clients expect an app in the App Store with your name on it. Our white label runs in the browser under your domain, which works well on phones, but it is not a native app listing. Videoloft, 3dEYE, Camcloud and VXG all offer branded native apps.

The site has no reliable internet. Analysis runs in the cloud on short clips, so a site on a weak cellular link will struggle. An on-premise VMS with edge analytics is the better answer there.

The client needs a compliant recorder of record, for example a cannabis license or a casino gaming rule that specifies retention on site. Keep the recorder; add analytics beside it, the way our NVR integration is designed to work.

You want alerts in seconds for an active shooter program. Our alerts typically arrive within a minute or two, which suits after-hours intrusion, loitering and loss prevention, not a response measured in seconds.

Questions Integrators Ask Before Signing Up

What video search tools are available for security integrators?

Integrators usually choose between the search built into a VMS such as Genetec or Milestone, forensic tools such as BriefCam, and cloud platforms with natural-language search. Surveillant is the third kind: you type what happened, for example a person in a red jacket at the dock after 9pm, and it returns matching clips from every connected camera, under your brand.

How do security integrators make recurring monthly revenue from video?

They sell a monthly service on top of the cameras they install: cloud access, AI alerts, footage search and a response workflow, billed per camera or per site. The integrator buys the platform at a wholesale or published rate, sets its own client price, and keeps the difference every month for as long as the client stays.

Can I put my own logo and domain on the platform?

Yes. White label settings take your brand name, logo, favicon, primary, secondary and accent colors, optional custom CSS, a custom domain, and the sender name and address used on alert emails. When a client opens your domain they see your brand, not ours, and the alerts they receive come from your company.

Do my clients need new cameras?

Usually not. Any commercial IP camera or NVR channel that exposes an RTSP or ONVIF stream can be connected, which covers most Axis, Hanwha, Bosch, Avigilon, Uniview and similar installs. That is the point for an integrator: you add a monthly service to hardware already on the wall instead of quoting a rip and replace.

How much does a white label video surveillance platform cost?

It ranges widely by what is included. Basic cloud recording resellers such as Camcloud are commonly cited at about $6 to $15 per camera per month, while full AI platforms cost more. Surveillant uses its published plans, $49 to $75 per camera per month, and you set the price your client pays on top of that.

Does the white label include branded mobile apps?

No. Surveillant runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone under your domain, with alerts by email, SMS, Slack and webhook. If a client insists on an app in the App Store with your name on it, Videoloft, 3dEYE and VXG offer branded native apps, and that is a fair reason to pick one of them.

Is there an API for integrating with our other systems?

Yes. The REST API uses API keys and covers cameras, alerts (list, acknowledge, resolve), analytics summaries, search and webhook endpoints, and outbound webhooks fire on alerts. Integrators use it to push alerts into a monitoring center, a PSIM or a ticketing tool the client already runs.

Turn Installed Cameras Into Monthly Revenue

Set up your brand once, connect a client's cameras, and bill the service on your own invoice. Published per-camera plans, no hardware to buy.
